Shipping Coverage
Umeed Ayurveda currently ships across India. We are working on expanding to international shipping in the future — please check back or contact us at umeedayurved@gmail.com if you'd like to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within India. No minimum order value is required.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location within India. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Remote and Restricted Areas
Please note that delivery to certain remote, rural, or difficult-to-access locations (including but not limited to parts of the North-Eastern states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and other remote pin codes) may take longer than our standard delivery window, or may not be serviceable by our courier partners at this time. If your pin code falls outside our serviceable area, we will notify you after you place your order, and you will be offered a full refund or the option to provide an alternate address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking information. If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at umeedayurved@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Umeed Ayurveda is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping once handed over to the courier partner. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at umeedayurved@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
